Blessings All Around is a work in response to SB1070, A 2010 legislative act that came up in California and Arizona as one of the strictest anti-immigration measures that had yet been proposed. The warning barrier and white wood pickets are used to convey a sense of tension and obscurity. The work explores the notion of boundaries that prohibit or allow access, direct or block movement.  The work points to cultural and political lines that are drawn and how these shift as the availability and quality of information changes.
