Lucent Shifts is made up of reclaimed material.  Sheets of found reflective plastic are attached together to create a glistening presence, its surface constantly transforming to mirror its active and moving surroundings. The work begins near to the ground and rises to the ceiling to create a continuous movement from low to high and back down again. The work studies the idea of transcendence, inviting an internal shift within the viewer that may offer multiple perspectives.
