The Constance of Glory

The Constance of Glory was created for a public art event where different arts activations could be found throughout Old Town Pasadena.  This site specific work cascades out of a three-story parking structure onto a pedestrian walkway, transforming a transitional space into a moment of wonder.  The reflective surfaces blink with movement and light, evoking both celebration and impermanence. The work considers the possibility of transcendence in ordinary space and time.
